The Board of Directors of Bonvests Holdings Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement dated 6 January 2021 in relation to the acquisition of properties in the Ubud area of Melinggih Kelod Village, Payangan District, Gianyar Regency, Bali, Indonesia ("Acquisition").
The Company is pleased to announce that the Acquisition has been completed.
