The Omaha, Nebraska-based company said it had profit of 14 cents per share.
The provider of real estate and business consulting services posted revenue of $11.5 million in the period.
Boston Omaha shares have fallen 22% since the beginning of the year. The stock has decreased 21% in the last 12 months.
