Bourse Direct reported higher annual results for 2024 on Friday, driven in particular by an acceleration in the recruitment of new accounts.
The Internet stock market specialist generated consolidated operating income of 26 million euros last year, compared with 21.8 million euros in 2023, an increase of 19.1%.
Its consolidated net banking income rose by 13% to €70.4 million.
Consolidated net income came to €19.3 million, compared with €16.1 million in 2023, after recording a tax charge of €6.7 million.
In a reaction note, analysts at TP ICAP Midcap describe the results as "very good", which will lead them to propose an increased dividend.
Bourse Direct plans to propose a dividend of 20 cents per share, up 25% on the previous year, at the next Annual General Meeting to be held on May 14.
As for 2025, Bourse Direct plans to further enhance its stock market offering with a new service for its customers, to pursue the growth policy of its online stock market division while developing its savings products and the development of a professional clientele in coordination with its subsidiary Exoe.
Following this publication, Bourse Direct shares were little changed (+0.4%) on the Paris Bourse on Friday, but have gained 5% since the start of the year.
