SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR BOUYGUES

François Almazor, aged 49 and holder of a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in Human Resources, has served the Group for the past 22 years. He has spent the whole of his career at Bouygues Telecom, up until December 2021, which he joined in October 2000 as a HR manager within the Sales department, followed by a position as HR manager at the Tours and Bourges sites for the Customer relations department.

In 2010, he was appointed Head of Labour relations at Bouygues Telecom. During this period, he actively participated in building quality labour relations and contributed to the roll-out of Bouygues Telecom's transformation plans.

In 2015, he became HR Director of Bouygues Telecom's Corporate markets department and worked on a number of subsidiary acquisitions for the latter.

Since 2019 he has held the position of Human Resources Director for the Customer sales department.

He is appointed Group Director of Human resources development and Social responsibility for Bouygues from 1 April 2022.
