As of December 31, 2011, Bowim SA operated through its subsidiaries, including 75%-owned Bowim Podkarpacie Sp. z o.o., 90%-owned Beststal Sp. z o.o., wholly owned Passat-Stal SA and Betstal Sp z o o.
