Boyd Gaming Destinations Across Southern Nevada Are Serving Up Delectable Thanksgiving Day Specials on Nov. 26

LAS VEGAS-Boyd Gaming destinations throughout the Las Vegas Valley are offering special Thanksgiving Day dining experiences, featuring seasonal flavors and classic holiday fare on Thursday, Nov. 26.

Thanksgiving Day Highlighted Menus and Specials:

MRKT Sea & Land at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa will offer a scrumptious Thanksgiving Day dinner for $52. Guests can choose from butternut squash soup with creme fraîche or a strawberry arugula salad served with goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette as their starter. The main entree features apple cider brined roasted turkey served with herb stuffing, Yukon gold whipped potatoes, candied yams and haricot verts. A pumpkin cheesecake with candied cranberries will be served for dessert.

The Salted Lime at Aliante is serving up a savory Thanksgiving Day special from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $18.99, featuring authentic Mexican dishes. The three-course special starts with the choice of traditional pozole stew or a house salad. A chili-rubbed turkey with beef stuffing and gravy will be served as the main course. Diners can delight in the perfectly sweet pumpkin empanadas for dessert.

Aliante's FARM will also serve a Thanksgiving Day dinner special from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $18.99. The meal will include a house salad with the diner's choice of dressing and oven-roasted turkey breast with cranberry apple stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, orange-spiced cranberry sauce and a dinner roll. For dessert, guests will be served pumpkin pie.

The Prime Rib Loft at The Orleans Hotel and Casino will host special holiday hours on Thanksgiving Day from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitors can enjoy a tasty, three-course holiday special for $36 with multiple options to choose from. For starters, diners can choose from a butternut squash soup or salad. For the main dish, diners will have the option to choose a holiday turkey dinner, a ribeye steak dinner or a grilled salmon dinner, all served with delicious fixings. Dessert will be a pumpkin tart with Chantilly cream and fresh berries.

Bailiwick All American Pub + Eatery at The Orleans will offer a special four-course dinner on Thanksgiving Day from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $31. As a starter, diners will be served with fresh bruschetta, crostini topped with mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions and bacon drizzled with cranberry glaze. The special also includes the choice of a Bailiwick salad or butternut squash soup. The main course features sliced turkey breast served over apples, pine nuts and dried fruit sage dressing, and is paired with fresh candied yams, seasonal vegetables and house-made cranberry sauce. To end the meal, diners can enjoy a rich pumpkin cheesecake with fresh berries, Chantilly cream and salted caramel sauce.

Also located at The Orleans is Copper Whisk Cafe, serving a variety of options on its Thanksgiving Day menu, available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $25.99. Guests can begin their meal with the choice of butternut squash soup or a house salad. For the main entree, guests can choose one of three options, including a traditional roast turkey dinner served with giblet gravy and sage and dried fruit dressing; honey-baked ham served with rum-raisin sauce and sage and dried fruit dressing; or fresh Atlantic salmon stuffed with shrimp and crab mousse, laced with saffron-vanilla sauce. Each entree will also be served with candied yams and green bean amandine. The special also includes pumpkin pie served with fresh berries, Chantilly cream and caramel sauce for dessert.

Cornerstone at Gold Coast Hotel and Casino will serve flavorful options on its Thanksgiving Day dinner menu from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. For starters, guests can choose from a house salad or Minnesota wild rice soup. As the main entree, guests can choose the traditional tom turkey dinner for $32 served with sage dressing, glazed yams, Yukon mashed potatoes, giblet gravy and house-made cranberry sauce. Diners can also choose beef wellington for $38, a center-cut filet mignon layered with mushroom duxelles and wrapped in a flakey puff pastry, served with port wine demi-glace reduction. Guests can end their meal with white chocolate cranberry bread pudding.

Suncoast Hotel and Casino's 90 NINETY Bar + Grill will offer a special three-course, à la carte menu on Thanksgiving Day, starting at 2 p.m. The menu includes a Caesar salad for $4.99; holiday roast turkey served with Italian sausage dressing, creamy garlic mashed potato, turkey gravy, garden-fresh vegetables, candied yams and cranberry sauce for $21.99; and New York cheesecake with berries and raspberry sauce for $4.99. 90 NINETY will also serve its regular menu. Du-par's Restaurant & Bakery at Suncoast will serve a classic, three-course Thanksgiving Day special for $19.99. The special features a holiday roast turkey with bread stuffing, mashed potatoes with turkey gravy, candied yams and cranberry sauce. The meal also includes a side salad and choice of pie. Du-par's regular menu will also be available.

The Angry Butcher at Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall will offer several tantalizing menu options on Thanksgiving Day from 3 p.m. to close for $39. The dinner will begin with the choice of a butternut squash soup or a fall salad with baby arugula, frisee and red romaine lettuces, cherry tomatoes, pancetta, fresh figs, Parker House croutons and white balsamic vinaigrette. For the main entree, diners can choose the Butcher Turkey Dinner, featuring roasted turkey served with sage stuffing, butter whipped potatoes, giblet gravy, citrus-baked sweet potatoes, French green beans and cranberry compote, or the Brown Sugar-Baked, Bone-In Ham Dinner served with au gratin potatoes, Brussels sprouts, baked sweet potatoes, sausage sage stuffing and cranberry compote. Sam's Town's Sports Deli is serving up Thanksgiving on a roll throughout November, featuring freshly roasted turkey breast, stuffing and cranberry relish served on whole wheat bread or a bakery roll. The special is available for $9.49.

Carve Prime Rib at Cannery Casino Hotel will serve a family-style feast on Thanksgiving Day from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $29.99 per person. The family-style entree is a traditional roast turkey dinner with sliced turkey breast, pan gravy, cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams, green beans almondine and cranberry sauce. Guests can also order a butternut squash bisque or a winter greens salad as their starter, as well as pumpkin pie or bread pudding for dessert.

Cannery's Victory's Cafe will offer a hearty, three-course Thanksgiving Day dinner from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. for $16.99. Begin the holiday dinner with the choice of either a winter greens salad or cream of mushroom soup. For the main entree, guests can choose from a roast turkey dinner or a baked ham dinner, both served with classic holiday fixings.
