Boyd Gaming and Vitalant to Host Blood Drives at The Orleans, Sam's Town and Cannery in August

WHAT: Boyd Gaming and Vitalant will host blood drives at The Orleans, Sam's Town and Cannery in August to support Nevada's urgent need for blood donations of all blood types.

While all blood types are needed, there is a critical need for O-positive and O-negative blood types. Individuals who have received the COVID-19 vaccine may still donate blood without a deferral period.

The community is invited to make an appointment to donate blood by visiting www.donors.vitalant.org and entering one of the following codes based on their chosen blood drive location: ORLEANS, SAMSTOWN or CANNERY
