In response to the Letter abovementioned, the Company informs that it is not aware of the existence of any specific event that could justify the latest oscillations in the price of its shares.
After inquiring its Officers and Directors, as well as all other people with access to material acts or facts, the Company has not identified any material act or fact, as defined in the applicable laws and regulations, that has not yet been disclosed and that should be under the terms of the applicable laws and regulations, due to the fluctuations pointed out in the price of the Company's shares.
