Brady Corporation (NYSE:BRC) acquired Magicard Ltd from LDC (Managers) Limited, Richard Scoti, Christopher Thomas, Andrew Matko, Luis De La Cruz, Ian Cliffe, Simon Craddock, Debbie Clark, Gordon Hague, David Wordshell and Andrew Cornlius for approximately £42 million on May 21, 2021. Brady Corporation will fund the transaction with cash held outside the United States. Brady expects this acquisition to be slightly accretive to earnings per diluted share for the remainder of the fiscal year ending July 31, 2021.
