CHANGES IN COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD COMMITTEES AND

CHANGE OF AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of Brainhole Technology Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Tong Wen-hsin, an executive director and the chief executive officer of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee and the remuneration committee of the Board with effect from 28 August 2020.

The Board further announces that (i) Ms. Wan Duo, an executive director of the Company, has ceased to be one of the two authorised representatives of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with effect from 28 August 2020; and (ii) in place of Ms. Wan Duo, Mr. Tong Wen-hsin has been appointed as an authorised representative of the Company with effect from 28 August 2020.
