Brambles Limited: End of Financial Year Key Dates

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Brambles advises the following calendar of key dates relating to the end of the 2020 Financial Year ("FY20"):

Annual General Meeting	Thursday, 8 October 2020

The international travel restrictions arising from the COVID19 pandemic will prevent the Brambles Board from holding its usual in person meeting in Sydney to approve the FY20 results. Due to time zone differences arising from the global locations of Brambles' Directors, the Board (or a Special Committee of the Board) will meet to approve the FY20 results during the late afternoon of 19 August 2020. As a consequence, the FY20 results announcement is expected to be released shortly after the market closes on that day.
