Brambles appoints Ken McCall as a Non-Executive Director

Brambles Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken McCall as a Non-Executive Director, effective 6 July 2020.

Ken is a highly experienced business and consumer services executive, with extensive experience in operations and logistics. Until his recent retirement Ken was the Deputy Group CEO for Europcar Mobility Group, a €2.8 billion revenue car and van rental business listed on Euronext Paris. He is also an experienced non-executive director having served two terms on the board of Superdry plc and is currently the Senior Independent Director at Post Office Limited.

Prior to his role at Europcar Ken was the Chief Executive of DHL Express UK and Ireland, one of the global leaders in mail and logistics services. Over his career Ken has held executive roles that have exposed him to a range of markets across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Brambles Chairman, John Mullen said: "Ken brings to the Brambles Board detailed knowledge and experience of global logistics as well as strong experience as a non-executive director that will enhance the Board's overall skills mix. We are delighted he is joining us and look forward to his contributions to the Board."
