Rakuten, Inc. (JASDAQ:4755) and Gentosha Inc. agreed to acquire 16.7% stake in Brangista Inc. from Nexyz. Corporation (TSE:4346) for ¥1.4 billion on September 4, 2013. Under the terms of agreement, Rakuten, Inc. will acquire 12% stake and Gentosha will acquire additional 4.7% stake in Brangista Inc. As a part of the consideration Rakuten, Inc. and Gentosha Inc. will pay ¥0.07 million per share.
The deal is expected to be completed by September 13, 2013.
