Braskem entered into with Petrobras two new petrochemical naphtha supply agreements, one to supply its industrial units in the state of Bahia and the other to serve its plants in Rio Grande do Sul. The agreements guarantee the supply of a minimum annual volume of 650 ktons, considering the maximum additional volume of up to 2.8 million tons per year, at the price of 100% of the international reference ARA (Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Antwerp, the average naphtha cost in these three major markets). With duration of five years, the agreements will take effect on December 2020, when the current agreement expires.

The agreements ensure the competitiveness of the value chain in which Braskem operates and encourage new investments and business in the petrochemical industry, which is essential to Brazil's economy.
