According to article 74 paragraph 6 of Law no. 24/2017 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations, BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A. informs the investors that the Bank received on April 17, 2022 the Voluntary notification due to change in shareholding structure/organigram regarding NN Group N.V. holding which exceeds the threshold of 5% of the voting rights within BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A.

As a result, the ownership of NN Group N.V. represents 5.93% of the voting rights within BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A.

We remind that, as of October 2, 2019, NN Group N.V. holdings exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights within BRD- Groupe Société Générale S.A., issue made public by the Current Report published on October 7, 2019.
