According to article 234 paragraph 1 letter e) of FSA Regulation no. 5/2018 on issuers and operations with securities, the investors are informed that on the Board of Directors meeting on November 4, 2021, the Board of Directors of BRD-GROUPE SOCIÉTÉ GÉNÉRALE S.A. decided the modification of the secondary object of activity of the Bank by adding a new activity as follows: "Consignment operations at the disposal of the Bailiff" (NACE Code 6419 - "Other monetary intermediation activities)", task delegated by EGMS in accordance with article 114 of Companies Law no. 31/1990 and article 29 letter j) of Articles of incorporation of BRD-GROUPE SOCIÉTÉ GÉNÉRALE S.A.

The modification of the secondary object of activity of the Bank by adding a new activity is subject to obtaining the prior approval of the National Bank of Romania, as per the legal provisions in force.
