The Industrial Property segment is engaged in the utilization of opportunities associated with land owned by the Company, including the sale of property and investment in property trusts. The Investments segment holds investments in the Australian share market, both for dividend income and capital growth, and includes the investment in Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited and FBR Limited (FBR).
