Brightcom Group Limited announced that it will issue 14,01,50,000 shares at issue price of INR 37.77 per share for gross proceeds of INR 5,293,465,500 on September 16, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Citrus Global Arbitrage Fund for 20,000,000 shares, Calypso Global Investment Fund for 27,000,000 shares, Navigator Emerging Market Fund for 30,000,000 shares, Connecor Investment Enterprises Ltd for 10,000,000 shares, LGOF Global Opportunities Limited for 30,000,000 shares, Kamala Bai for 10,000,000 shares, Tirumala Stock Broking Private Limited for 5,000,000 shares, Shikha Samit Bhartia for 2,000,000 shares, Shilpi Dixit and Vikas Dixit for 1,000,000 shares each, Vaishnava Priya Veeramisti for 500,000 shares, Nikhil Tyagi for 450,000 shares, Arunangshu Ghosh and Dipankar Bonnerjee for 400,000 shares each, Parul Moondhra and Mandeep Singh Sahni for 300,000 shares each, Sumita Acharya for 250,000 shares, Aashika Global Finance for 200,000 shares, Parul Sunil Chawda, Manoj Sunil Chawda, Aakanksha M Chawda and Hardik Sunil Chawda for 160,000 shares each, Ritika Ranjan for 150,000 shares, Goonjan Dhar, Aseem Bhatia, Sona Kumar Sampat, Raghav Mallik and Rajeev Kumar for 100,000 shares each and Tarun Bhandari for 60,000 shares. As a part of the transaction, the company will also issue 1,50,00,000 Warrants at INR 37.77 convertible into equal number of Equity Shares on a preferential basis to Shankar Sharma. The transaction is subject to members and regulatory approvals. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
