Brightstar Resources Limited is an Australia-based gold exploration and development company. The Company owns 100% of the Laverton Gold Project and the Menzies Gold Project. Its Cork Tree Well Project is located approximately 35 kilometers (km) north of Laverton on the Bandya Station Road and is serviceable via an unsealed track three km west of the Bandya Road. Cork Tree Well’s mineral resource is hosted within the narrow greenstone belt linking the Laverton and Duketon greenstone belts. Its Beta Project Mineral Resource is centered on the Burtville Shear that trend from near Sunrise Dam to Burtville. Its Alpha Project is located approximately 35 km west of Laverton, and 15 km from the Brightstar Plant. The geology of Alpha comprises foliated basalt and mafic schist. The Menzies Gold Project is located along the western margin of the Menzies greenstone belt. The Menzies Gold Project covers a contiguous land package over a strike length in excess of 15 km.
