Kagiso Capital (Pty) Ltd agreed to acquire 2.81% stake in Phuthuma Nathi Investments (RF) Limited from Brimstone Investment Corporation Limited for approximately ZAR 180 million on May 29, 2020. Brimstone Investment Corporation Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary Newshelf 1269 (RF) Proprietary Limited (Brimstone Subco), has entered into an agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary of Kagiso Capital (Pty) Ltd, Main Street 1765 Proprietary Limited, in terms of which Brimstone has agreed to dispose of 1,895,425 ordinary shares held by Brimstone in Phuthuma Nathi Investments (RF) Limited to Kagiso Capital (Pty) Ltd.
