Our careers site is one of our most important shop windows for attracting highly talented people to be part of building A Better Tomorrow™ and transforming BAT into the Enterprise of the Future.

The updated site brings to life our recently launched employer brand and its inspiring call-to-action to all potential new recruits: 'Be the change'.

Careers.bat.com has been redesigned to make our candidate experience faster and more engaging. It also allows candidates to easily find opportunities and apply for opportunities in less than five minutes.

We've built our new website to personalise the candidate experience with round-the-clock support in 15 languages. The site features exciting local and functional stories that will respond dynamically to the candidate's location and interests.

If there is no role available that suits their needs, candidates can easily join our Talent Community and register their interest in positions at BAT. This allows our careers team to be in touch immediately when a role becomes available, making the experience more relevant for candidates with the right skill sets.

Yulia Begemann, Group Head of Talent Acquisition, said: 'With a personalised candidate journey and significantly simplified application process, we are excited to attract a diverse group of candidates who will build A Better Tomorrow with us.'

The website was developed based on candidate feedback and best practices while leveraging the latest technology. It's about meeting ever-evolving candidate expectations and needs and to make our application process the simplest it has ever been.

David Kim, Group Head of Talent, Organisational Effectiveness & Inclusion, added: 'The new careers site puts the candidate experience at its heart, and brings our A Better Tomorrow strategy to life, attracting candidates to lead our transformation.'
