Broadcom: 11% dividend increase with quarterly results

On the occasion of its earnings release on Thursday evening, Broadcom announced an 11% increase in its quarterly dividend decided by its Board of Directors, to $0.59 per share, marking its 14th consecutive year of increases.
For its fourth quarter 2023-24, it reported non-GAAP EPS up 28% to $1.42 and adjusted EBITDA up 50% to $9.09 billion, representing a margin of almost 65% on revenues up 51% to just under $14.1 billion.
For the first three months of the current financial year, the semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions group anticipates an adjusted EBITDA margin of around 66% on projected revenues of around $14.6 billion.
