Broadex Technologies Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300548) agreed to acquire Chengdu Dipper Optics Technology Limited from Sunstar Communication Technology Co., Ltd., Yang Yi, Zhou Jian and Lei Huadong for approximately CNY 120 million on May 30, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, Sunstar Communication Technology Co., Ltd. will sell 60% stake for CNY 70.8 million and Yang Yi will sell 16% stake for CNY 14.2 million. Zhou Jian and Lei Huadong will each sell 12% stake for CNY 14.2 million. The transaction will be funded through own sources of Broadex Technologies Co., Ltd. During the financial year ended December 2017, Chengdu Dipper Optics Technology Limited reported operating revenue of CNY 47.6 million, operating profit of CNY 7 million, net profit of CNY 5.9 million. As of December 2017, Chengdu Dipper Optics Technology Limited reported total assets of CNY 33.8 million and net assets of CNY 19.9 million. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Broadex Technologies Co., Ltd.
