BROWN & BROWN, INC. PillarRx was recently awarded a four-year contract renewal for a Municipal Employee Benefits customer. PillarRx provides auditing services and CMS compliance oversight for this municipal benefit plan covering active and retired members.
During a recent annual audit project, PillarRx found errors totaling $2,000,000! Medical and pharmacy claims contained miscoding, which led to improper duplicate billings. PillarRx worked directly with the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) to solve all claim issues and lead the customer's money recovery process.
