This is with reference to Exchange notice no. 20220321-66dated March 21, 2022, regarding Suspension of trading in equity shares of Sintex Industries Limited (502742), pursuant to the approval of the resolution plan by the Committee of Creditor's members in accordance with Section 30(4) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code) read with Regulation 39(3) of the CIRP Regulations, as the successful resolution plan subject to approval of Hon'ble NCLT Ahmedabad.<_o3a_p>

It may be noted that the resolution plan proposes that existing share capital of the Company shall be reduced to Zero and the Company will be delisted from the stock exchanges.<_o3a_p>
