1. Trading Members are hereby informed thatTCI Express Limited (Scrip code: 540212) has announced buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each from the Open Market through electronic trading mechanism of the Exchange. The Maximum Buyback Pricewould not exceed Rs. 2050/- (Two thousand and fifty rupees only) per equity share payable in cash for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 75 crores (Seventy-five crore rupees Only)<_o3a_p>
