BTG Property & Investment Co., Ltd cancelled the acquisition of 35% stake in Beijing BTG Hanshe Culture Tourism Development Co., Ltd. from BTG Hotels (Group) Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600258) on August 25, 2018.
