BUA CEMENT PLC hereby announce as follows:

Proposed Dividend
A Final Dividend of ₦2.6 per ordinary share of 50 Kobo each, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 8th July, 2022.

The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 11th July to 15th July, 2022.
Qualification Date
8th July 2022
Payment Date
On 21st July, 2022, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 8th July, 2022 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.

Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar'sE-Dividend Mandate Activation Form,which is also available on the website of the Registrars:www.africaprudential.com,complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.

It operates the cement industry in Northwest, Southeast and South Nigeria with a production capacity of 11 million metric tons per annum and plants in Sokoto and Edo State, Nigeria.
