BUA CEMENT PLC - NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING
The Board of Directors of BUA Cement PLC ("the Company") is scheduled to meet on Thursday 21st April, 2022, to consider amongst other matters, the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the first quarter ended 31st March, 2022.
In compliance with the post listing requirements of Nigerian Exchange Limited, the Company commenced a closed period from 1st April, 2022 and this will run up to 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements for the first quarter ended 31st March, 2022 is released to the public.
Consequently, Directors and other insiders of the Company have been duly notified not to trade in the Company's securities during the closed period.

It operates the cement industry in Northwest, Southeast and South Nigeria with a production capacity of 11 million metric tons per annum and plants in Sokoto and Edo State, Nigeria.
