NOTIFICATION OF THE RESIGNATION OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY/CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER OF BUA CEMENT PLC AND THE APPOINTMENT OF ACTING COMPANY SECRETARY/CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
We write to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited of the resignation of the Company Secretary of BUA Cement Plc, Mr. Abubakar Magaji Esq, with effect from November 2nd, 2022.
Hauwa Garba Satomi, the Deputy Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Acting Company Secretary/Chief Legal Officer and will assume the role in that capacity effective November 3rd, 2022.

It operates the cement industry in Northwest, Southeast and South Nigeria with a production capacity of 11 million metric tons per annum and plants in Sokoto and Edo State, Nigeria.
