Extraordinary announcement

Budapesti Ingatlan Hasznosítási és Fejlesztési Nyrt. (registered office: 8-10 Polgár street, HU-1033

Budapest.; company registration number: 01-10-042813) based on the 55 point of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and the 4th Annex to the 24/2008 (VII.15.) PM regulation, hereby informs the investors that based on the follow loan agreements from that three ones which were signed at 31 August 2020, by and between the Company and Takarékbank Zrt. (registered office: 1117 Budapest, Magyar Tudósok körútja 9. G ép.) with the follow goals,

1. refinancing of three pieces, fixed rate, 10 years loans which were borrowed by the MFB Magyar Fejlesztési Bank Zrt.;
2. refinancing of floating rate, 10 years loan which was borrowed by the Magyar Takarékszövetkezeti Bank Zrt. the predecessor of the Takarékbank Zrt.,

that the former loans of the amount of altogether HUF 11.369.064.942 and mentioned in point (i) and

1. has been repaid today.
