Announcement of the Management Board of Budimex S.A. on payment of an advance for dividends for 2021, subject to approval of the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A.

Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that, subject to obtaining the consent of the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA by September 30, 2021, it decides to pay an advance for the dividend expected at the end of 2021, allocating for this purpose the amount of PLN 380,398,460.20 (in words: three hundred eighty million three hundred ninety eight thousand four hundred and sixty zlotys and 20/100), i.e. PLN 14.90 (say: fourteen zlotys 90/100) gross per one share. In the event of obtaining the consent of the Supervisory Board in the above-mentioned no further announcement will be made in the Court and Economic Monitor. The amount of the advance payment does not exceed half of the profit achieved since the end of 2020, shown in the separate financial statements of Budimex S.A. for the first half of 2021, prepared as of June 30, 2021, audited by a statutory auditor - Ernst & Young Audyt Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k.

Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that the date of establishing the list of shareholders entitled to an advance payment for the dividend expected for 2021 is October 11, 2021, and the date of payment of the advance payment is October 18, 2021.
