ST. LOUIS (AP) _ Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc. (BBW) on Thursday reported fiscal first-quarter profit of $14.2 million.

On a per-share basis, the St. Louis-based company said it had net income of 89 cents.

The toy retailer posted revenue of $117.7 million in the period.

Build-A-Bear expects full-year revenue in the range of $440 million to $460 million.

Build-A-Bear shares have decreased 15% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 65% in the last 12 months.
