Bumi Armada Berhad Appoints Uthaya Kumar K Vivekananda as Independent and Non-Executive Director, Member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee

Bumi Armada Bhd has appointed former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Uthaya Kumar K. Vivekananda as its independent and non-executive director. The company said the appointment, effective April 10, 2017 also sees Uthaya Kumar appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee. He was with PwC for 35 years.
