Bumi Armada Berhad (KLSE:ARMADA) signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to acquire MISC Berhad (KLSE:MISC) on November 14, 2024. The transaction is subject to consummation of due diligence investigation. As of February 28, 2025, the Board of Directors of MISC wishes to announce that discussions between MISC and BAB are still on-going with no further material development pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding since the Announcement.
As of May 28, 2025, Board of Directors of MISC Berhad announce that the due-diligence exercise is currently in progress, and an appropriate announcement will be made if there is any material development.
