Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Vinita Bali, a member of Bunge Limited's (the "Company") Board of Directors, informed the Company that she will not stand for re-election at the Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 5, 2021 in order to devote additional time to her other professional commitments. Ms. Bali will be resigning from the Board of Directors and from her positions as a member of the Audit Committee, Human Resources and Compensation Committee and Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility Committee for personal reasons and not as a result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company. She will continue to serve as a director until her current term expires on the date of the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
