As announced today, Jean-Charles Pauze will be retiring as a non-executive director of Bunzl plc with effect from 31 December 2018("the Leaving Date").
The Company confirms that Jean-Charles Pauze will continue to receive fees for his role on the Board and its Committees up to and including the Leaving Date at the rates set out in the Company's 2017 Annual Report. Jean-Charles Pauze will not receive any payment in lieu of notice or for loss of office.
