Parcel of Burkhalter Holding Ltd shares successfully placed with institutional investors

As part of an accelerated bookbuild offering, 317,983 registered shares of Burkhalter Holding Ltd were successfully placed with institutional investors today at CHF 112 per share.

The bookbuild offering could be closed this morning. The book was oversubscribed, which underlines the attractiveness of the Burkhalter share.

Zurich Cantonal Bank was the lead manager for this transaction.
