BUSINESS & DECISION : HOLDING OF AN ORDINARY GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING OF BUSINESS & DECISIONS ON 22 MARCH 2016

The Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting will be held:

On 22 March 2016

at 5:30 p.m.

at 153, rue de Courcelles

During that Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting, the Company's shareholders will have to rule on the appointment as board members of Tova Bensabat, Christophe Dumoulin (the latter having resigned from their term of office as board member effective as from the next Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting so that all the terms of office as board members will have the same duration), Jérémy Bensabat and Business & Decision Ingénierie (holding company controlled by the Bensabat family).

In this respect, the Bensabat family reiterates its support and confidence in the current management ensured by Mr. Christophe Dumoulin in his capacity as Directeur-généraldélégué, and its attachment to Business & Decision Group, thereby remaining faithful to the spirit of its founder, Patrick Bensabat

The next Board of Directors meeting will be held immediately after the general meeting appointing the board members and shall appoint the new President.

The convening notice including the agenda and the proposed resolutions shall be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires of 15 February 2016.
