Business & Decision (BND / Euronext C / FR0000078958), an international Consulting and Systems Integration company, announces consolidated revenue of €53.6m for the third quarter of 2016, representing an increase of 6.6% compared to the same period in 2015, at constant exchange rates and structure.

For the first 9 months of 2016, revenue growth is 6.0% in comparision to the same period of 2015, at constant exchange rates and structure.

Christophe Dumoulin, Chairman & CEO, comments: 'The third quarter pursues the overall growth trend since the beginning of the year. We continued the implementation of our development plan in a dynamic market for the areas of activity central to our strategy of offerings and specialization.'

Revenue by geographical area

France recorded revenue of €30.9m for the third quarter of 2016, representing a growth of 2.4% compared to the same period of 2015. For the first nine months of 2016, revenue growth is 4.9%. West and South regions experienced significant growth and contribution to the group's growth in France. The opening of a new branch in Strasbourg expands the geographical presence of Business & Decision and take advantage of new opportunities in the Eastern region.

International operations recorded revenue of €22.7m for the third quarter of 2016, with 12.9 % growth compared to the third quarter of 2015, at constant exchange rates and structure.

At current scope, international activities present 0.9% revenue growth due to the sale of the ERP business in the US, late Q1 2016.

For the 9 month period of 2016, at constant exchange rates and same structure, revenue growth is 7.7% compared to the same period in 2015. The operations in the UK as well as activities in the Benelux and in Switzerland, contribute significantly to this developement that strengthens the group's ambitions in these countries.

2016 should continue on the growth trend observed since the beginning of the year. The outlook for growth in countries with strong potential and the focus on innovative businesses and on profitable activities reinforce the Group's ambitions included in its Strategic Plan 2016-2019.
