Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from October 29, 2018 through November 2, 2018 it acquired no. 511,000 ordinary treasury shares for a total consideration of 8,453,757.60 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 10, 2018.
