Helvetic Capital Ventures AG and members of the management team acquired majority stake in Sphinx Tools Ltd. from BV Holding AG (BRSE:BVHN), Bruno Fellmann and others on September 29, 2016. BV Holding AG realized a profit of CHF 0.7 million as well as to a return flow in liquid funds to the extent of CHF 2.4 million. Long-term shareholder and former member of Sphinx’s management team, Bruno Fellmann, will leave Sphinx. Sphinx will continue under its existing name, management and staff. Oaklins Switzerland acted as financial advisors for the shareholders of Sphinx. Beat Brechbühl, Alexander Schütz and Philip John Laternser of Kellerhals Carrard acted as legal advisors for the shareholders of Sphinx.
