Volta Trucks AB announced that it expects to receive €230 million in funding from Luxor Capital Group, LP, Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB, Agility Public Warehousing Company K.S.C.P., B-FLEXION Group

Volta Trucks AB announced that it has received €230 million in a round of funding led by returning investor Luxor Capital Group, LP on February 18, 2022. The transaction included participation from new investor B-FLEXION Group, returning investors Agility Public Warehousing Company K.S.C.P., and Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB (publ) for €6 million. Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB (publ) will hold 11% stake in the company post closing of the transaction.

The company has received around €300 million in funding till date.
