CA Ron Santa Teresa is a Venezuela-based company engaged in the beverages industry. The Company produces and distributes such alcoholic beverages as the Araku coffee and rum liqueur, Rhum Orange Liqueur, and the Santa Teresa 1796, Santa Teresa Anejo, Santa Teresa Claro and Santa Teresa Selecto rums. In addition, the Company owns Hacienda Santa Teres, an industrial complex where around 45,000 tons of sugar cane are harvested per year, as well as it offers the leasing of spaces aimed at the promotion of different events and sport and recreational activities, such as meetings, ceremonies, weddings, banquettes, birthday parties and anniversaries. As of December 31, 2011 the Company owned such subsidiaries as CA Licores de Calidad, Estacion El Consejo CA, Anejos de Aragua CA, Distribuidora Benedetti Puertos Libres CA and Distribuidora Sofa CA, among others.
