CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND

AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of C.banner International Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that due to change of the work commitment, Ms. So Lai Shan ("Ms. So") has tendered her resignation as the company secretary of the Company, an authorised representative of the Company under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and an authorised representative of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from 29 March 2021.

Ms. So confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Wong Sau Ping ("Ms. Wong") has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company, an authorised representative of the Company under the Listing Rules and an authorised representative of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance with effect from 29 March 2021.

Ms. Wong is a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom. She has over 20 years of experience in company secretarial field. Ms. Wong is currently an associate director of the Listing Services Department of TMF Hong Kong Limited (a global corporate services provider).

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Ms. So for her past contributions to the Company during her tenure of service and also express its warm welcome to Ms. Wong on her new appointment.
