The Company operates through three business segments: motor vehicle sale, repairs and maintenance services, and investment and property holding. The motor vehicle sale segment is engaged in the sale of motor vehicles, which includes the import and sale of motor vehicles, along with the provision of value-added services to the customer. The repairs and maintenance services segment is engaged in providing motor vehicle repair and maintenance services, including sale of spare parts and workshop related activities for value addition. The investment and property holding segment is engaged in leasing out its investment properties and other investment activities. Its subsidiaries include Union Investments (Private) Limited, Guardian Assets Management Limited, Colonial Motors (Ceylon) limited and Motor Mart Ceylon (Private) Limited.
