Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 22, 2020 Cactus, Inc. (the "Company") issued Workers Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act notices to approximately 184 of its Odessa, Texas based employees and 67 of its Bossier City, Louisiana based employees who were affected by layoffs in the month of April as part of the Company's comprehensive response to the rapidly weakened macroeconomic environment. In addition, the Company provided notice to the Texas Workforce Commission, the Louisiana Workforce Commission and the mayors of Odessa and Bossier City.
