Gervais Martel and Hafiz Mammadov completed the acquisition of an unknown majority stake in Racing Club de Lens SASP from Crédit Agricole Nord de France.

Gervais Martel and Hafiz Mammadov agreed to acquire an unknown majority stake in Racing Club de Lens SASP from Crédit Agricole Nord de France (ENXTPA:CNF) on July 4, 2013. Crédit Agricole Nord de France owned more than 99% stake. The transaction is expected to close in few days. Philippe Croppi of N+1 Easton acted as financial advisor to Crédit Agricole. Yves Wehrli, Marianne Pezant and Laurent Schoenstein of Clifford Chance acted as legal advisor to the buyers. Michel Laval of Michel Laval & Associés acted as legal advisor to Crédit Agricole Nord de France.
