CNP Assurances SA entered into an agreement to acquire 48.25% stake in CNP Seguros Participat)es em Sa·de Ltda, Seguros PrevidOncia do Sul, Odonto Empresas ConvOnios Dentßrios Ltda, CNP Cons=rcio SA Administradora de Cons=rcios and 73.61% stake in CNP Capitalizatpo SA from Caixa Seguridade Participat)es S.A. and Icatu Seguros S.A for BRL 907 million.

CNP Assurances SA entered into an agreement to acquire 48.25% stake in CNP Seguros Participat)es em Sa·de Ltda, Seguros PrevidOncia do Sul, Odonto Empresas ConvOnios Dentßrios Ltda, CNP Cons=rcio SA Administradora de Cons=rcios and 73.61% stake in CNP Capitalizatpo SA from Caixa Seguridade Participat)es S.A. (BOVESPA:CXSE3) and Icatu Seguros S.A for BRL 907 million on September 14, 2022. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval of the regulatory authorities in Brazil. As of September 18, 2022, CNP Assurances SA completed the acquisition of CNP Cons=rcio SA Administradora de Cons=rcios for BRL 408.62 million.

As of December 23, 2022, CNP Assurances SA completed the acquisition of Odonto Empresa ConvOnios Dentßrios Ltda. This closing, for an amount of BRL18.204657 million. The closing of the remaining acquisitions (i.e. Holding Sa·de, Previsul and CNP Capitalizatpo) is subject to various conditions precedents, including the approval of the relevant Brazilian regulatory authorities.

As of January 31, 2023, CNP Assurances SA completed the acquisition of the shares held by Caixa Seguridade in CNP Participat)es em Seguros Ltda.
