Companyhasclosedthepreviouslyannouncedpurchaseoftheremaining50percentjointventure
membership interestinRed RiverValley EggFarm, LLCfromRose AcreFarms, Inc,effective May30,
2021.The entityis nowawholly ownedsubsidiary oftheCompany.Red RiverValley EggFarm, LLC
owns andoperates aspecialty shellegg productioncomplex withapproximately 1.7million cage-freelaying
hens,cage-free pulletcapacity, feedmill, processingplant,related officesandoutbuildings andrelated
equipment located on approximately 400 acres near Bogata,Texas.
